At CozyCo, we source all our materials from local providers and construct our homes in our workshop. The benefit of this is we can customise our finishes to what ever your aesthetic preference is. However, this means the price is variable depending on your individual selections.
With this in mind, our smaller homes are under $100,000 and our larger, one bedroom apartment is in the proximity of $160,000.
As our Tiny Homes on wheels are built within the vehicle registration requirement, we can deliver our Tiny Homes anywhere in Australia (delivery fees are in addition to the cost of the Tiny Home and are calculated based on distance from our workshop)
Once your deposit has been secured, you will be place in our construction timeslot and all the required materials will be ordered. This take approximately six weeks for all materials to land on-site (give or take some depending on suppliers). Once all materials are on site, the construction of your home will take another six to eight weeks (less for the smaller homes, slightly more for the larger homes)
No! As a Tiny Home on Wheels comes under the caravaning laws, you do not need a permit, however always do your due diligence and contact your LGA or council to discuss any rules or regulations they may have. We are also able to assist with any enquiries, and will discuss this further with you whilst in the planning stage of your Tiny Home.
Although Tiny Homes on Wheels are mobile, they are not designed to be moved around in the same way you might travel around with a caravan. Therefore, it is important to consider the location that the Tiny Home will be going to and to plan for longer stays in those locations. Additionally, the Tiny Home trailer is not a 4WD trailer and is not designed to go off-road, so consideration is needed for access to your Tiny Home’s new landing pad.
To be able to register a Tiny Home on Wheels, the trailer and the fixings (i.e. the home) need to meet the road regulations including weight of the Tiny Home. Due to this, it is essential to consider the weight of all products being installed on to the trailer bed. As a result of ensuring that our homes are under weight, some items are not included such as a fridge or dishwasher. Or, some items are included in the price but may need to be installed once arrived at the destination such as the oven, toilet, some joinery and shower screen. Your individual requirements will be clearly communicated to you over the duration of your build!

Yes! If you are looking for a more permanent dwelling, we can make all our models on skids! Think of this as a craned-in granny flat. We will still construct these in our workshop, however we will crane your home into place. The main consideration when thinking skids over wheels, is that on-skids is considered a more permanent dwelling and will trigger council involvement. Contact your local LGA or council to find out more on the rules and regulations surrounding this option
